"In Manhattan a high-strung stockbroker Joy (Cameron Diaz) is dumped by her fiance, while laid-back carpenter Jack (Ashton Kutcher) is fired from his job. Emotionally distraught, they both travel to Las Vegas where they meet in a bathroom that connects their hotel rooms.
During a night of partying and never ending fun, the two get married in a drunken ceremony. Soon after the fog lifts, they decide mutually to divorce once they return home to New York. Later in Las Vegas an argument ensues, at which time Jack takes a quarter from Joy and drops it into a slot machine as she walks away. Then as he is departing with the slot machine still rolling, much to his disbelief, he hits a $3,000,000 triple-jackpot.
Once back in New York, a judge declares that the couple cannot divorce until they attempt to reconcile. It is also ruled if the two cooperate for six months, while being monitored by a marriage counselor weekly, they will be permitted to keep half the winnings from Las Vegas. If either party does not cooperate, he/she will forfeit their share of the money.
The story unfolds as the newlyweds devise ever-escalating schemes to undermine one another and keep the other's half of the judgment. Ironically, through all their wild scheming, Jack and Joy find themselves falling in love."-Quoted.

Secara peribadi, saya memberi film ini 4/5 bintang. Selain kerana saya memang meminati film ber'genre'kan romantic-comedy, film ini juga tidak membosankan. Ada unsur-unsur comedy yang mencuit hati. Tidak ketinggalan scene-scene romantik apabila Cameron & Ashton saling memendam perasaan di akhir film. Bagi peminat film ber'genre'kan romantic-comedy, you all should watch this movie :)
